3. Object of services

NEDWASH BioSafe is the division specialised in pest control (rodent control, pest control, disinfection) and car sanitization services of NEDWASH A&G S.R.L. The services offered include:

• Professional rodent control (rat and mouse extermination)
• Pest control (insect control: cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, mosquitoes, etc.)
• Disinfection (microbiological decontamination of premises)
• Car sanitization and disinfection (passenger cars, fleets, commercial vehicles)
• Monthly pest control maintenance contracts for HoReCa, medical, industrial, residential associations
• Consultancy in biosafety and sanitary compliance

Services are provided in accordance with Romanian Ministry of Health Order no. 119/2014, EU Regulation 528/2012 on biocidal products and applicable sanitary legislation in force.

Actual intervention scheduling is confirmed in writing (email or SMS) by the NEDWASH BioSafe representative.

5. Prices and payments

All prices displayed on the website (in the Prices section) are indicative, expressed in RON, VAT excluded. VAT 21% is added to all rates in accordance with the Romanian Fiscal Code (Law 227/2015, art. 291).

NEDWASH A&G S.R.L. is a VAT payer. The final price is established based on the personalised offer, after evaluating the premises and the complexity of the service. Payment can be made via:

• Bank transfer based on the issued fiscal invoice
• Cash (with fiscal receipt) — exclusively for services to individuals
• POS / bank card — at the company headquarters

For BIOSAFE contracts (monthly subscriptions), invoicing is done according to the schedule established by contract (monthly, quarterly or annually).

6. Service guarantee

NEDWASH BioSafe services are covered by a written contractual guarantee, with specific terms for each type of intervention. Full details about the guarantee are presented on the service pages and in the written contract handed to the client.

The guarantee covers free re-treatment in case of problem recurrence, under the stipulated conditions. The guarantee does not cover situations where the client does not follow the written technical recommendations received or where there are unremediated external sources of re-contamination.

7. Client obligations

For the proper performance of services, the client undertakes to:

• Provide correct and complete information when requesting the offer
• Allow access of the NEDWASH BioSafe team to the premises to be treated
• Follow pre-treatment recommendations (clear areas, cover food, evacuate pets)
• Respect the re-entry time indicated in the technical report
• Pay the equivalent value of services according to the agreed terms
• Inform NEDWASH BioSafe about any structural modification of the premises relevant to the service

8. Intellectual property rights

All elements of the nedwash.ro/nedwash-biosafe website (texts, images, design, logos, trademarks, structure, source code) are the property of NEDWASH A&G S.R.L. and are protected by Romanian Law 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or use in any form of the content of this website, without the written consent of the owner, is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability
